Booked before they finish reading the menu.

For restaurants, mess kitchens, tiffin rooms and lodges in Coimbatore. One page carrying the menu as it stands today, the room tariff, the kitchen hours and a WhatsApp line — so a table or a room is held without anybody sitting on hold.

FUEiNT is a web and software company in Coimbatore, India, that builds single-page websites for hotels and restaurants, carrying the menu, tariff and timings, with table requests arriving on WhatsApp.

Your trade, not a template

Eight at night, two roads away

Almost nobody researches dinner. They search when they are hungry, close by, and deciding between three places at once. The questions are always the same and always urgent: is the kitchen still open, is it pure veg, is there an AC family section, where does the car go, and what does the biryani actually look like. For a lodge it is check-in time, whether the tariff includes breakfast, and how far it is from the railway station. What loses the customer is a menu published as a PDF that will not open on a phone, or timings on an aggregator that stopped being true two months ago.

What is on the page

Everything a customer checks, in one screen.

The menu as text, not as a photo

Dish names, veg and non-veg marks and sections readable at any size, so nobody is pinching and dragging a scanned card on a phone.

Room tariff, and what the rate covers

Room types, occupancy, whether breakfast and AC are inside the rate, and what an extra bed changes. Written once, so the counter stops repeating it.

Kitchen hours, including festival days

Breakfast, lunch and dinner service separately, the weekly closing day, and the days you stay open when everything else in the street is shut.

Function hall, with what fits in it

Seating capacity, whether outside catering is allowed, and how the hall is laid out for a birthday against a reception. Enough to stop a wasted visit.

One set of timings everywhere

The page, your Google listing and the delivery apps saying the same thing about hours and closing days, so a customer is never turned away at the door.

A table held on WhatsApp

The guest taps once and the message arrives with the date, the time and the headcount already in it. The counter replies yes or no.

What it costs you in effort

What the counter sends us

What you send us
  • The current menu, with prices as you charge them
  • Room types and tariff, if you let rooms
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner service hours
  • Photographs of your own food and dining hall
  • Function hall seating capacity, if you have one
  • The WhatsApp number kept beside the till
You message us

Send one WhatsApp with a photograph of your menu card and say whether you also let rooms. We will tell you what the page should carry.

We build the page

The menu typed out properly, tariff and timings beside it, your own food photographs used rather than stock, and the whole thing tested on mobile data.

You go back to the kitchen

Table and room requests arrive on WhatsApp. There is no dashboard and no login, and nothing for the counter staff to be trained on.

What it costs

What it costs depends on menu length, whether rooms are involved, and how often the menu changes. Ask on WhatsApp for a quote.

Answers

What owners in this trade ask us.

How much does a website for hotels and restaurants cost?

It follows the size of the job. A tiffin room with one menu card is not the same page as a lodge with six room types and a function hall. Send a photograph of your menu on WhatsApp, say whether you let rooms, and we will price that exact page rather than a package.

How do customers reach me?

On WhatsApp, on the number the counter already keeps beside the till. The table or room request arrives with the date, time and headcount typed in, so the reply is one line. The phone number and the map stay on the page for anyone who prefers to call.

We are already on Swiggy and Zomato. Why a page?

Because those listings answer for delivery, not for the customer standing on the road deciding where to eat. They also carry a commission, they do not sell your function hall or your rooms, and when your timings change they are often the last to know.

Our menu changes every week. Who updates it?

We set the menu up so a change is a text edit rather than a redesign, and we show you how it is done. If you would rather not touch it at all, send the new card on WhatsApp and we handle it. Neither route involves learning a dashboard.

Can a guest book a room from the page?

They can request one. The message reaches you with the dates and the number of guests, and you confirm from the register you already keep. We do not put a live booking engine on a page like this — it costs more than it earns until the rooms genuinely need one.

Send us a photograph of your menu card.

That one photograph tells us most of what the page needs to say. Send it on WhatsApp and we will come back with what we would build and what it costs.
