AI Based Software Programming
For freshers who can already write code and think a problem through. You will build client software from your first month, alongside engineers who have been doing it for a decade. The office is at 12, Sri Vigneshwara Nagar, Amman Kovil, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore — 641035 (open in Maps).
- You can write working code in at least one language, and explain why it works.
- You reason through a problem before reaching for the keyboard.
- You have used AI tools to build something, and can say where they helped and where they were wrong.
- A portfolio or GitHub with hands-on projects. A degree is welcome; evidence that you build things matters more.
- Strong fundamentals, and the ability to apply a concept rather than recite it.
- Contribute to real client projects starting from the first week.
- Complete daily assigned tasks and provide clear end-of-day reports.
- Participate in requirement discussions and knowledge transfer.
- Adapt to new technologies and project environments quickly.
- Follow coding standards, IT culture and team guidelines.
- Work with your teammates respectfully and positively.

Separate from the ten paid seats. We run a two-month internship for students at no cost — you do not pay us and it does not use up an opening. You sit with the team, work on real project code rather than a sample exercise, and leave with something you can show and explain.

Do I need work experience to apply?
No. These are fresher roles. What we look for is working code you can explain, evidence that you build things, and the habit of reasoning through a problem before you start typing.
What does the interview process look like?
Five rounds: a five-minute telephonic screening, a one-hour online technical writing and logical reasoning test, a one hour twenty minute offline coding test, a face-to-face technical and behavioural interview, and a final HR interview.
