Catering in Coimbatore, quoted by headcount on WhatsApp.

A page for a caterer: sample menus at the headcounts you actually cook for, what comes with the plate, whether you bring vessels and serving staff, the halls and areas you cover, and a WhatsApp button that arrives with the date and the count.

FUEiNT is a web and software company in Coimbatore, India, that builds single-page websites for catering businesses, with enquiries going straight to the caterer’s WhatsApp.

A family comparing three caterers

Catering is decided weeks ahead by a committee. The date is fixed, the hall is booked, and somebody has been told to find three caterers and report back. They want a menu they can read out loud at home — what comes for a two hundred plate wedding lunch, what changes at five hundred, whether the sweet is counted separately. Then the quiet questions: do you bring vessels and servers or only the food, how many staff, will you come to Kinathukadavu or only stay in the city, and can we taste it first. A page that shows one photograph of a buffet and a phone number answers none of that.

What is on the page

Everything a customer checks, in one screen.

Menus at the counts you cook for

A sample menu for a hundred, for three hundred, for a thousand — because what a caterer can do changes completely with the headcount.

What comes with the plate

Vessels, serving staff, tables, water and cleanup — each one listed as included or extra, so the final bill holds no surprises.

Veg, non-veg and the rules you keep

Whether the kitchen is pure vegetarian, whether onion and garlic are used, and what you do for a temple function or a fasting menu.

Halls and areas you serve

The mandapams you regularly cook at and how far out of the city you travel, so a Pollachi function knows before it asks.

A tasting visit, asked for properly

One tap sends you the date, the headcount and a request to taste, which is the conversation you wanted to have anyway.

What it costs you in effort

What we need from you

What you send us
  • Two or three sample menus at different headcounts
  • What the plate rate includes and what is extra
  • Your minimum order size, in plates
  • Photographs from functions you have actually catered
  • Areas and halls you serve, and the WhatsApp number for enquiries
You send one WhatsApp

Message us saying you run a catering service in Coimbatore. We ask for two sample menus, your service areas and some function photographs, in the same chat.

We build and show you

We lay the menus out by headcount, write down what the plate includes, list your areas, and point the enquiry button at your number. You approve it before launch.

You quote as usual

No dashboard, no login, no enquiry inbox. The date and the plate count arrive on WhatsApp, and you quote the way you always have — over a conversation.

What it costs

The page is priced on how many menus and function types it carries. Message us on WhatsApp and the quote comes back there.

Answers

What owners in this trade ask us.

How much does a website for catering businesses cost?

It depends on how many menus and function types you want on the page — a caterer doing only house functions is a smaller job than one covering weddings, corporate lunches and temple events. Ask on WhatsApp with a sentence about your work and we will quote you there.

How do customers reach me?

On WhatsApp. The enquiry button opens a chat with the function date and the number of plates already typed in, so you can quote without three rounds of questions. It goes to the same number your existing customers already use.

Do I have to put my per-plate rate on the page?

No. Vegetable prices move and every function is different, so most caterers show the menus and say the rate is quoted on WhatsApp once the date, count and menu are known. Publishing a rate you cannot hold to is worse than publishing none.

My menu changes with the season. How does that work?

Send the new menu on WhatsApp and we replace it. Caterers usually change theirs two or three times a year, around seasons and market rates. There is no menu editor to learn and no login to lose the password for.

Will this get me wedding enquiries or only small functions?

It depends on what the page shows. If your menus, function photographs and headcounts are all from house functions, that is what will come. Put a five hundred plate wedding menu on it and the enquiries change. We will tell you straight which one your material supports.

Send us two of your menus.

One for a hundred plates, one for five hundred. That is enough for us to show you what the page would say and what it would cost, on WhatsApp.
