Questions we are actually asked.
How long does the branding process take?
Typically three to five weeks depending on the complexity. We prefer quality over speed, so the result is something you are not redoing in eighteen months.
What if we do not like the initial concepts?
That is exactly why there is a refine phase. We work with you to develop the chosen direction until it is right, rather than treating the first presentation as the deliverable.
We just need a logo. Can you do that?
We believe a logo needs a system around it to be effective — that is where consistency and trust come from. That said, we do offer smaller packages for startups that genuinely only need the essentials.
Do we get the source files?
Yes. You own 100% of the final deliverables, including all vector source files such as AI and EPS.
Can you help with printing?
We do not print in-house, but we prepare every file to industry standards and can recommend trusted print partners.
