How we work

Five steps, and you can see all of them.

A successful product is not just built — it is planned, designed and delivered. This is the sequence FUEiNT has run since 2014, written out in full so there are no surprises about who does what, or when you get to look.

The five steps

A structured approach that minimises surprises, keeps feedback constant, and leaves something in your hands at the end of every stage.

01
Discover & research
Understand the business before the build
We begin by understanding your business goals, users and market. Through workshops, competitor analysis and technical audits, we uncover opportunities and define clear project goals.
Deliverables
  • Discovery report
  • User personas
  • Competitor benchmark
02
Plan & strategy
Agree the map before anyone opens an editor
Once we have mapped your vision, we create a project roadmap — complete with wireframes, timelines and technical architecture. Every milestone is planned, so you know exactly what to expect.
Deliverables
  • Project plan
  • Wireframes
  • Sprint breakdown
03
Design & prototype
See it working before it is built
Our design team turns insight into intuitive, usable interfaces. You review interactive prototypes to make sure the product matches your goals and your users’ needs.
Deliverables
  • UI mockups
  • Clickable prototypes
  • Design system
04
Build & develop
Ship in sprints you can watch
Developers bring the designs to life with robust code, room to scale and the integrations you depend on. Sprint demos and testing keep you current at every stage.
Deliverables
  • Development
  • Functional product
  • QA reports
  • Regular updates
05
Launch & support
Go live, then keep going
After testing and final approvals your product goes live. The team keeps monitoring, optimising and supporting it after launch, which is where most of a product’s life actually happens.
Deliverables
  • Deployed product
  • Support plan
  • Maintenance

How this differs from the two usual alternatives

Most people weighing us up are also weighing up a freelance marketplace and a large agency. Here is where the three genuinely diverge — on the terms, not on the sales pitch.

The two right-hand columns describe the categories as we typically meet them, not any one company. Your experience of either may differ, and if it has been good, that is a reason to stay put.

Somebody answers when the thing you depend on breaks.

After launch we keep monitoring, optimising and supporting what we built. Scale, cost and technology choices are on the pricing page; if you would rather just ask, the support line is +91 99864 86498.

Frequently asked questions

How long does your process take?

It depends on the scope. Small projects take four to six weeks; larger platforms take three to six months.

Do I own the code?

Yes. Once the project is paid for, you own 100% of the intellectual property.

Can you work with my existing team?

Absolutely. We can augment your team or handle the entire project independently.

What happens after launch?

We offer ongoing support and maintenance packages to keep your product running smoothly.

How do you handle payments?

We typically work with a deposit, followed by milestone-based payments.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, we are happy to sign an NDA to protect your idea and intellectual property.

What technologies do you use?

Modern stacks like React, Next.js, Node.js and Python, with cloud services such as AWS.

Can you help with marketing?

Our focus is product development, but we have partners who specialise in digital marketing.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes — native iOS and Android apps, as well as cross-platform builds using React Native.

What if I need changes later?

Change requests are handled through our support packages or as new project phases.

How do we communicate?

Slack, email and video calls, with regular updates so nobody has to chase a status.

Do you provide hosting?

We can set up hosting for you on your preferred cloud provider — AWS, Vercel and others.

What is your design process?

We start with wireframes, move to high-fidelity UI, and iterate on your feedback.

Can you update my old site?

Yes. Modernising legacy applications and websites is a large part of what we do.

How do we track progress?

Through project management tools such as Trello or Jira, plus regular weekly updates.

What do I need to provide as a client?

Your requirements, branding assets, content, and any reference material you already have. If some of that is missing, the discovery step is where we build it.

What if my requirements change?

We can adjust to changes — that is what sprints are for — but the timeline and the cost may move with them.

Step one is a conversation, and it costs nothing.

Write two sentences about what is not working. A senior engineer reads it and comes back with a diagnosis you can keep, whether or not you hire us.
