Your WhatsApp
A customer sends the design they saw and asks whether you can make it. The message reaches the shop, not an agency inbox.

Only the rate line ever needs your attention, and that is one field you edit on your own phone in seconds.

Muhurtham dates decide the year

A jewellery purchase is planned around a date somebody else has already fixed. Wedding season, Akshaya Tritiya and Aadi discount weeks bring the same buyer back to the same three shops. Before setting out they check the day rate, then look for whether the ornaments are BIS hallmarked, what making and wastage come to, what a gram of old gold is credited at, and how many instalments the scheme runs. A covering shop gets an entirely different visitor: a reseller pricing sets by weight before travelling in from Tiruppur. Neither stays on a page showing a stock photograph and no rate.

What is on the page

Everything a customer checks, in one screen.

A rate line you change in seconds

Today’s figure for gold and silver in one editable spot, so the number a customer checks each morning comes from you and not from a rumour.

Hallmark, and what the stamp means

Your BIS position stated plainly, with a short note on what the marks on a piece mean, because buyers are told to check and rarely know what for.

Exchange and buyback, written down

How old gold is weighed and credited, what wastage and making come to, and what happens to stones. The counter conversation, held in advance.

Your scheme, in full

Instalment basis, how many months, what maturity gives, and what happens to somebody who stops halfway. Stated properly, a scheme sells itself.

Collections photographed by weight

Thali chains, kasu malai, vanki, covering sets — shown with weight ranges, so a customer arrives already knowing what they are asking to see.

A design sent straight to the shop

The customer taps once and sends the photograph they saved at a wedding. You reply whether it can be made and what it would need.

What it costs you in effort

What the shop sends us

What you send us
  • Photographs of your own stock, not catalogue images
  • Your making charge and wastage policy in writing
  • Savings scheme terms, including early exit
  • Your BIS hallmark registration number and centre
  • Weight ranges for the main collections
  • The WhatsApp number the counter answers on
You message us

One WhatsApp saying whether you deal in gold, silver, covering or all three, and whether you run a savings scheme. That decides most of the page.

We build the page

Rate line, hallmark position, exchange and scheme terms, and your own collection photographs laid out so a buyer can compare weights without asking anybody.

You change one number a day

The rate is a single field you edit from your phone. Beyond that there is no dashboard and no login — design enquiries simply arrive on WhatsApp.

What it costs

Cost follows how many collections are photographed and whether a scheme and a daily rate line are involved. Quote comes back on WhatsApp.

Answers

What owners in this trade ask us.

How much does a website for jewellers and covering shops cost?

It depends on how much of the shop goes on the page. A covering shop with four set ranges is a smaller job than a gold jeweller with a savings scheme, a buyback policy and eight collections to photograph. Message us on WhatsApp with what you deal in and we will quote that.

How do customers reach me?

On WhatsApp. Most jewellery enquiries start as a photograph of somebody else’s ornament, so the page is built for exactly that: one tap, the image sent, and your reply about whether it can be made. Your shop number and address stay on the page too.

Can we change the gold rate ourselves every day?

Yes, and you should. The rate sits in one field you edit from your own phone in a few seconds. It is the only thing on the page that needs touching daily, and a page carrying yesterday’s rate is worse than a page carrying no rate at all.

We sell covering jewellery, not gold. Is the page different?

Quite different. A covering page is built for resellers rather than brides: sets grouped by weight and finish, minimum order stated, and the questions a buyer travelling in from Tiruppur or Salem needs answered before boarding a bus. No rate line, because there is no rate.

Should our scheme terms be public?

We think so. Customers compare schemes between shops and the one they can read is the one they trust. Instalment basis, duration, maturity and what happens on early exit — all of it in plain words. Nothing goes on the page without you approving the wording.
