One page
What you publish, what you distribute, the titles behind you and how a manuscript reaches you — without an author opening five sections.
Your WhatsApp
A first approach from an author arrives on your own number with the genre and the manuscript length already stated.
Tamil & English
Titles and imprint names carried in both scripts, because a Tamil publisher is searched for in Tamil at least as often.
No dashboard
Adding the next title is one entry in the same format. Nothing to log into and nothing to learn.

Two visitors, two different questions

A publishing house gets two visitors and serves neither well. The first is an author with a finished manuscript who wants to know whether you take that genre, whether ISBN registration is handled, how royalty is worked out and what the print run looks like. The second is a librarian or a distributor who wants a title list with ISBNs and years so an order can be raised. Both spikes come around the January book festivals and the school procurement season. What loses them both is a page where it is impossible to tell whether you are a publisher, a printer or a shop selling other people’s books.

What is on the page

Everything a customer checks, in one screen.

What you publish, and what you do not

Genres accepted and genres refused, stated first. Turning away the wrong manuscript on the page costs nothing and saves reading time you never get back.

The title list, with ISBN and year

Every book you have brought out, searchable, with author and publication year. This is the page a librarian raising a purchase order actually needs.

Submission terms an author reads first

Manuscript format, what you want with a first approach, how long a decision takes and how royalty is worked out. Written before the question is asked.

Book festival stalls and where to find them

Which fairs you take a stall at, the dates, and the stall number when you have it, so readers who meant to visit you actually do.

Distribution and subscription, kept apart

The titles you publish and the titles you only distribute, on separate footings, so nobody credits you with a book you merely carry.

The first approach, on WhatsApp

An author sends the genre, the length and a line about the book. You read it when you have time rather than losing it in a shared inbox.

What it costs you in effort

What the publisher sends us

What you send us
  • Title list with authors, ISBNs and years
  • Genres you accept, and genres you refuse
  • Submission and royalty terms in writing
  • Cover images for the titles you want shown
  • Book festival dates you attend each year
  • The WhatsApp number an author should write to
You message us

Send one WhatsApp saying whether you publish, distribute or both, and roughly how many titles are on the list. That sets the shape of the page.

We build the page

Submission terms up front for authors, the title list with ISBNs underneath for buyers, and the two kept visibly separate so neither visitor reads the other’s page.

You add the next title

A new book is one entry, added the way we show you. There is no dashboard and no login — author approaches simply arrive on WhatsApp.

What it costs

Cost depends on how many titles go on the list and whether covers need preparing. Ask on WhatsApp for a quote.

Answers

What owners in this trade ask us.

How much does a website for publishers and book houses cost?

It depends mainly on the title list. Twenty books with covers already digitised is a straightforward page; two hundred titles needing ISBNs matched and covers prepared is a different job. Send us the list on WhatsApp, however rough it is, and we will price against it.

How do authors reach me?

On WhatsApp, with the genre and manuscript length already in the message because the page asks for them. That means you can tell at a glance whether it is worth reading, instead of opening attachments from a shared email address nobody checks.

We publish in Tamil. Will the page be in Tamil?

Titles, author names and imprint carry in Tamil script, and the structured data underneath carries both scripts so Google and AI assistants read them correctly. Whether the whole page runs in Tamil, English or both is your decision and costs the same either way.

Can we list two hundred titles on one page?

Yes, provided the list is searchable and grouped rather than dumped. We group by imprint or by year and add a search box, so a librarian looking for one ISBN finds it in seconds. A long list is only a problem when it has no structure.

We also print for other people. Can the page separate that?

It should. Publishing and job printing attract completely different enquiries and mixing them makes both look uncertain. Each gets its own block with its own WhatsApp prefill, so a message tells you which business it is about before you open it.

Send us your title list, however rough.

A list of what you have published tells us most of what the page needs. Send it on WhatsApp and we will come back with the shape and the cost.
