TICS · Hospitals, chiropractic, acupuncture and Ayurvedaமருத்துவமனை மற்றும் ஆயுர்வேதம்

The patient in pain messages whoever answers first.

For hospitals, chiropractic rooms, acupuncture clinics and Ayurveda centres in Coimbatore. One page carrying your consulting hours, your practitioners and what a first visit actually involves — so a patient asks for a slot instead of ringing a busy landline.

FUEiNT is a web and software company in Coimbatore, India, that builds single-page websites for hospitals, chiropractic, acupuncture and Ayurveda clinics, with appointment requests arriving on the clinic’s own WhatsApp.

One page
Consulting hours, treatments, practitioners and directions on a single screen, so somebody in pain is not opening four menus to find a number.
Your WhatsApp
Slot requests arrive on the number your front desk already watches between patients. There is no portal for anyone to remember to check.
Tamil & English
Treatment names written both ways, because a patient looking for varmam therapy does not search for musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
No dashboard
The front desk carries on exactly as it does now. Nothing new to open, and nothing new to check between patients.
Your trade, not a template

Pain does not wait for consulting hours

Nobody plans a search for a back specialist. It happens at eleven at night after a bad day of lifting, or on a Sunday when the usual hospital is shut. The patient types the body part and the area, opens three results, and messages the first one that tells them something. What they want is small and specific: is the doctor a BAMS or a BPT, is there a lady practitioner, is Sunday open, how long is one sitting, and do they need to bring old scans. A page that answers none of that loses to a page that answers half of it.

What is on the page

Everything a customer checks, in one screen.

Each treatment in plain words

What varmam, panchakarma, dry needling or a spinal adjustment actually involves, how long a sitting runs, and how many sittings a course usually takes.

Practitioners named, with their training

Degree, years in practice and registration number for each person who consults, so a patient is not guessing who will treat them.

Consulting hours that include the gaps

Morning and evening sessions, the lunch closure, the weekly off and which practitioner sits on which day. The questions the front desk answers hourly.

What to bring to a first visit

Old scans, previous prescriptions, loose clothing for therapy. Written down so the first appointment is not wasted sending someone home again.

The building, and where to park

A photograph of the entrance, the landmark people actually navigate by, and where a two-wheeler or a car goes once they arrive.

A slot asked for, not queued for

One tap opens WhatsApp with the treatment already named, so the desk reads a request instead of taking a call mid-consultation.

What it costs you in effort

What the clinic sends us

What you send us
  • Practitioner names, degrees and registration numbers
  • Treatment list with the length of one sitting
  • Consulting hours, lunch closure and weekly off
  • Photographs of the reception and one therapy room
  • The WhatsApp number the front desk actually watches
  • Your landmark, and where patients park
You message us

Send one WhatsApp saying which treatments you offer and how many practitioners consult. That is enough for us to tell you what the page needs.

We build the page

Treatments, practitioners, hours and directions laid out in the order a patient reads them, then checked on a phone before it goes live.

You go back to consulting

Slot requests arrive on your WhatsApp. There is no dashboard, no login and nothing for the front desk to learn — the page is not another screen to watch.

What it costs

Cost depends on how many treatments and practitioners the page carries. Send that list on WhatsApp and a quote comes back.

Answers

What owners in this trade ask us.

How much does a website for hospitals and Ayurveda clinics cost?

It depends on the size of the clinic. A single practitioner offering four therapies is a smaller page than a hospital with six departments and separate consulting hours for each. Send us the treatment list and the practitioner names on WhatsApp and we will quote against exactly that.

How do patients reach me?

Through WhatsApp. Every button on the page opens a message to your own number with the treatment already named, so the request arrives readable. Your landline and address stay on the page as well — this replaces nothing, it just stops the enquiry going to whoever answers first.

Can we list every treatment, or only the main ones?

List them all. The ones that look minor are often the ones people search for by name, and a therapy that is not written down cannot be found. If the list is long we group it by complaint rather than by system, because that is how a patient looks for it.

We have three practitioners across two branches. Does one page cover that?

Yes. Both branches get their own hours, directions and practitioner list on the same page, so a patient near one of them is not sent to the other. If the branches keep genuinely separate books, each gets its own WhatsApp number too.

Will people find us if they search in Tamil?

That is part of the point. Treatment names go on the page in Tamil as well as English, because a patient searching for varmam or kizhi is not going to type the clinical term. The structured data underneath carries both, so AI answers and Google read the same thing.
