Team

Thirty-four people, one room, no account managers.

FUEiNT is a single team in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. There is no delivery centre somewhere else and no layer between you and the engineer doing the work — the person who answers your first message is the person who writes the code.

The company began in August 2014 as FUiNT, giving free open-source lectures in Tamil Nadu's engineering colleges. Most of the team arrived the same way its clients did: through the teaching.

Who runs it

Vijay Mayilsamy
Founder & Director

Vijay founded FUiNT in August 2014 on the conviction that open source was enough to build a company on, and started by teaching it for free in engineering colleges. He signs the invoices, answers the tax and compliance questions at [email protected], and still reads client briefs himself.

The rest of the team is not listed here by name yet. We would rather show nobody than show stock portraits with biographies to match.

How the team is grouped

Not departments so much as benches. People move between them as a project needs them, which is the practical advantage of everyone sitting in the same room.

AI and model trainingModels trained on a client’s own data, and the evaluation work that proves the output can be trusted before anyone depends on it.
Agents and automationThe engineers who map how information moves through a business and then take the re-typing out of it, WhatsApp intake included.
Cloud and backendAWS and serverless architecture, databases, integrations, and the unglamorous reliability work that keeps a system boring.
Web, mobile and designInterface design and front-end build — WordPress, Drupal, Next.js or React Native, chosen by what the client’s team can maintain.
Search and AI visibilityStructured data, content architecture and the technical work that lets both Google and AI assistants read and quote a client correctly.
TeachingThe oldest practice in the building. Free guest lectures since 2014, the Academy for ages 8–15, and nine lessons anyone can take without signing up.

The team grows by hiring people who cannot yet do the job.

Ten trainee developer openings are live for freshers who can write working code and reason through a problem. From ₹15,000 a month, building client software from the first month alongside engineers who have been doing it for a decade.

Questions about the team

How large is the FUEiNT team?

Thirty-four people, all in one office in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. There is no offshore back office; the people you meet are the people who build the work.

Who founded FUEiNT?

Vijay Mayilsamy, Founder and Director. The company started in August 2014 as FUiNT — Future Intelligence — giving free open-source guest lectures in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges, and became FUEiNT in December 2021.

Will I work with the same people through the project?

Yes. The senior engineers on the first call are the ones who scope, build and hand over. Nobody is swapped for a cheaper resource once the contract is signed.

Does FUEiNT hire freshers?

Yes — that is most of how the team grows. There are ten trainee developer openings for freshers who can already write code and reason through a problem, starting from ₹15,000 a month.

Meet the people who would actually build it.

Send two sentences about the problem. The engineer who replies is the one who would lead the work.
